The professionalism, courtesy and precision that Rhino Adventure Gear exhibited during my Rhino Rack and iKamper installation was impressive.

One of the ways I judge my experience with a company is not when things go right but when things don't go as expected. Through no fault of Rhino Adventure Gear, my FJ Cruiser was "playing stubborn" on installation day. Owner Joost (Mr. do it all) worked tirelessly and creatively to make sure that the installation was completed up to his high standards and that no details were left out.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Rhino Adventure Gear and look forward to working on future projects with them.

Their expertise allowed us aspiring roof-top tent campers to jump right into a full install of an i-Kamper, with more information and accessories that were ever available from other "professional" outlets, whilst comparing with other vetted products at the showroom.

We had been struggling with the barrier to entry due to new products on the market and variables related to roof-top tent installation, and we found no other place has the same level of experience and dedication as Rhino. The team not only helped us order all critical mounting options, but even conducted their own research to address specific concerns related to our garage size.

Needless to say, with their efforts and research into all mounting questions, the installation went flawlessly and we have been on our second trip already, within two weeks after the install. Additionally beyond the hurdle of the tent, upon immediate arrival at the warehouse, all the other products were clearly visible and accompanied with courteous and unpretentious professionalism, with all demonstrations made in a way that show exactly what our camp setup could look and feel like.

This is a place that clearly lives the passion that is dispersed camping, regardless of your circumstances (camping with family, solo, kids, roughing the outdoors). With this new space developing there is no question we are going back to Rhino every time for new items and anything that comes up. Rhino is an oasis of skill in the world of RTT's and other game-changing products.
