    Richmond Country Club is a historic golf course built in 1924. The Club hosted three PGA tournaments from 1946 through 1948. The Richmond Open as it was called was the first PGA event to invite African American players due to the club president's insistence that African Americans be allowed to compete. Richmond Country Club also hosted several LPGA events in the 60's.

    Very friendly membership and warm environment. The course is well maintained and is a good test of golf skills. It is great place to hang out.

    Those fortunate enough to join will undoubtedly thoroughly enjoy the Richmond Country Club experience.
