Been going to this place for 20 years. The Carnitas taco is my go to order, which I call-in 15 minutes ahead while on the freeway heading home from SF. I buy 10 at a time and freeze most of them, and then microwave for 2 minutes each, while frozen, when ready to eat, sometimes after being in the freezer for a couple of months. Never got sick from doing this method. Also great with fried eggs and steamed tortillas for morning breakfast.

The cooks who prepare to Carnitas add quite a bit of fresh squeezed lime juice as they chop-up the cooked meat. This chopped meat is then grilled on the old school flat iron grill when preparing each order. The quesadilla is also very good.
